Sunday Worship

8:00 a.m. - Spoken Eucharist: Rite I. This is a simple, said celebration of the Eucharist (also called Communion, the Lord's Supper, or the Mass) in beautiful traditional language (with "thees" and "thous").

10:30 a.m. - Choral Eucharist: Rite II. This liturgy celebrates the Eucharist in contemporary language, with music in the form of congregational hymns, choral anthems, and organ voluntaries.

St. James Episcopal Church is located two blocks north of Marietta Square. Our main parking lot is located on Polk Street (west of the church, bounded by the railroad tracks and North Marietta Parkway). Our Small courtyard parking lot on Church Street (just North of the church) is available weekdays and is reserved for the handicapped and elderly on Sunday mornings.
