Itinerary Day
Departure from Atlanta (ATL) to New York (JFK) via Delta Airlines Day 1
Arrive Tel Aviv, Israel (TLV
Transfer by tour bus to the Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Drive through the Sharon-valley to the Roman city of Caesarea. See the excavations of Herod`s costal city: the theater, the palace, the harbor and the aqueduct. Continue to Mt. Carmel, where Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal (first kings 18). From there we proceed to the Galilee, visit Nazareth, Cana and drive to Kibbutz Nof Ginosar.
Day 3
We start the day with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Then we visit: Korazin, Mt. of Beatitudes (Mat 5), Tabgha and St. Peter’s Primacy (John 21), the city of Capernaum and Gergesa. In the end of the day we visit at the Jordan river.  
Dinner and overnight at Nof Ginosar.
Day 4
Today we drive to Banyas (Caesarea Phillipi, Mat 16), Sepphoris and proceed to Tel Megiddo.

Day 5
We leave the Galilee area in the morning on our way to Jerusalem.
We start our day with Mt. Tabor. Then we continue to Bet-Shean to see the new excavations of the roman city. Then we drive threw Jordan valley, past Jericho and the good Samaritan Inn on our way to the holy city of Jerusalem.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 6
We start our tour with an outstanding view of Jerusalem from the Mt of Olives; visit the church of Pater-noster; and walk down the Palm Sunday road to the Garden of Gethsemane (Mat 26). Then we go to Mt Zion, where we visit King David’s tomb and the Upper Room. Nearby we visit Caiphh`s house.
In the afternoon we visit Bethlehem, where we see the Church of the Nativity and the Shepherd’s Field.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 7
Today we walk through the Old City of Jerusalem: Western Wall, Temple Mount, Pool of Bethesda, Praetorium (the tower of Antonya), The via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Jewish Quarter. At the end of the day we visit the Garden Tomb.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 8
Driving south from Jrusalem we visit Qumran, where the Dead sea scrolls were discovered, continue to the fortress of Massada, the last stronghold of Jews, via Ein-gedi. At the end of the day we have an opportunity to float in the Dead sea.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 9
This morning we visit the village of Ein-Karem, birth place of st. John the Baptist. We continue the to the Holocaust Museum and the Israel Museum, where we see the Dead Sea Scrolls and a Model of Jerusalem at the time of Jesus.
