The Lawrence Chapel of Saint James' Church
E. & G. G. Hook (1860)

This historic mechanical-action instrument is located in The Lawrence Chapel, the oldest extant part of Saint James' Church. The instrument is housed in a free-standing Gothic-style oak case, with non-speaking facade pipes. With the exception of the 16' Bourdon pipes for the one-octave pedalboard, the entire instrument isi behind horizontal swell shades, which are controlled by a hitch-down pedal.
