The Outreach Committee meets the second Wednesday of odd months: January, March, May, July, September, November at 6:00 PM.
All members of St. James are invited to become a member of the Outreach Committee. Representatives of each of the ministries are members of the Outreach committee and, as a group, make decisions about allocation of funding and coordination of the outreach projects.
In addition to the projects presented by the Outreach Committee, all members of St. James are invited to bring outreach needs to the attention of the Committee. Our strong sense of community as a church empowers us to venture outside our parish to embrace those in need.
In the words of James, "Thus, faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."
